
Information about the article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Privacy Policy -
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter the Act), and in relation to personal data of which the studio will be provided, we inform you as follows:
Aims of data processing
The data processing will be carried out only to proceed to the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment.

Method of data processing
The data will be treated mainly through electronic and computer and stored on computer media, on paper or on any other suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to Technical Regulations regarding minimum security measures, Annex B of the Privacy Code. The treatment is done by the Data Controller and/or persons in charge of the treatment. The data may be collected by third parties.
Mandatory nature
All data required by the studio are mandatory.
Consequences of refusing data
In case of lack of one or more required data the user can not access the requested service.
People to whom the personal data may be disclosed.
Personal data may be disclosed to Data Processors (on behalf of the Data Controller) and may be disclosed for the purposes mentioned above to external collaborators, actors in the field of design and, in general, all those persons to whom disclosure is necessary for the proper performance of the purposes indicated above.
User rights
In regard to the processing of personal data the user has the right, pursuant to art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Act:
1. The user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2.The user has the right to obtain the indication of: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. The user has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose keeping is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case where this proves to be impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The user has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even though pertinent to the collection purpose; b) the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
